GuildWright collects the information you provide to operate your account (company details, team members, project and financial data you enter) and standard technical data needed to run the service. We do not sell your data.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe; accounting sync is handled by Intuit QuickBooks when you connect it. Each processes data under its own terms.
