Build estimates, use the catalog, and send for signature.
Create an estimate
Go to Financial → Estimates → New. Add sections (like Materials, Labor) and line items with quantities and pricing. The total updates as you build.
Use the catalog
Your catalog is a reusable price book. Pull saved items into a line with the catalog picker, or save a line back to the catalog so it's ready next time.
Add a GC / project management fee
Turn on the GC fee to add a percentage-based project management fee on top of your line items. It shows as its own line on the estimate.
Send an estimate for signature
Use Copy Client Link or Send to Client to share a signing link. The client reviews the estimate online and signs electronically — the estimate is marked accepted automatically.
Set your payment schedule and terms
Under Settings → Invoices & Estimates → Estimate defaults, set the payment schedule (one line per bullet) and terms that appear on every estimate.
