Clock in and out
Crew members clock in and out from the field app on their phones, against the project they're working. Hours flow straight into job costing.
Fix or add a missing timecard
On the Timecards page you can add or edit entries. GuildWright prevents overlapping entries so hours aren't double-counted.
Schedule your crew
Use the crew schedule board to assign people to projects for the week. Tap a cell and start typing a project name to fill it fast.
Set pay rates
Under Settings → Users & Wages, set each person's pay type and rate. Rate history is kept, so reports use the rate that was in effect on each work date.
Run timecard reports
The Timecard Report summarizes hours by person and project for any period, ready to export for payroll.
