QuickBooks sync
Connect QBO, map items, and push invoices.
Connect QuickBooks Online
Go to Settings → QuickBooks and click Connect. Sign in to Intuit and authorize GuildWright. You only do this once per company.
Map your items
On the QuickBooks page, map your cost codes and estimate categories (Materials, Labor, etc.) to the matching QuickBooks products/services so invoice lines land on the right item.
Push an invoice
From an invoice, click Push to QuickBooks. GuildWright creates the customer, nests the project as a sub-customer, and creates the invoice with your mapped items.
Send now or review first
The Auto-send toggle controls whether a pushed invoice emails the client immediately or lands in QuickBooks as a draft for you to review first. It's off by default.
Getting paid updates back
When a client pays in QuickBooks, the invoice status updates back to paid in GuildWright automatically.
